Incorrect status of onboarding tasks completion.

We have encountered an issue where several users have marked their assigned tasks as completed in the checklist, as confirmed by the provided screenshots. However, from the admin perspective, some tasks still appear as incomplete. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
