Carryover limit considering previous year carry over days

Summary:

Requirement:

As of now there is no carry over limit set in system. From 1st Jan 2025 need to set carry over limit to 15 and this expires after 6 months as shown below.

Issue : for year 2025, only 15 days are carried over and after 6 months it expires, but, if any carry over is existing from year 2023 that remain intact.

for example, for year 2024:

carry over from year 2023 = 10

accrual = 30

no leaves taken

In year 2025 :

carry of year 2023 still exist as 10

carry over from 2024 = 15

After jun, this carry over expires.

Accrfual = 30

and balance will become 30 + 10 = 40

This does not serve our purpose. How to not consider the previous years carry overs??
