How to allow absence entry on a working day defined in Work Schedule

Hello,
We are facing an issue with Absence Management in Oracle Fusion.

Scenario:

• In our Work Schedule, we have overridden a specific day (for example, Sunday, Sept 28) and defined it as a working day for China.
• Employees in China should be able to request vacation on that day.
• However, when trying to submit an absence request, the system does not allow them to enter an absence for this date.

Question:

• How can we configure Absence Management so that employees can enter vacation on such days (days defined as working days through Resource Exception in the Work Schedule)?
