Administer Salary Notification template modification

The approval workflow for administer salary includes - current HRBP-> Second Level Manager -> AROC_COMPENSATION_ROLE

EXCEPTION:

if the person receiving the salary increase has the same name/grade/title as the current HRBP(first level of approval).   Only for these peer to peer visibility workflows, the current HRBP should be removed from the workflow and continue to the next approver.  Can we achieve it on the transcation notification template by hiding the salary for HRB when worker job is HRBP too.
