How to update "Manager Report" worker details and filters in Workforce Compensation?

Looking for if it is possible to update the content columns and headers in the delivered reports of “Worker Details” of the “Manager Reports” in Workforce Compensation Plans? Or, do you need to create an OTBI analysis for any customizations and place it in the Custom>Human Capital Management>Compensation folder?
Also looking for how to update the filters in the “Manager Reports” in Workforce Compensation Plans? It seems like that should be able to match up to a configuration in Workforce Compensation but cannot find any pages that match to what we are seeing in the UI in any of our plans.
