Broadcast Tender submission w/out Bid Amount

Summary:

Is there any way LSP not to enter the Bid amount instead show the selected LSP rate for that Lane if Rate is already present in the OTM and LSP just submit the Broadcast Tender?

Basically one of my customer is expecting broadcast tender to be worked in way , LSP not to submit any Bid , instead select the rate calculated already in OTM?
