We are trying to determine how easy it would be to enforce an employee to maintain their plan elections for 2 years. They can change options and add/remove dependents, but not the plan for 2 years.

We noticed there is a 'Required period of Enrollment' fast formula type. We haven't been able to find an example of this from Oracle anywhere, nor is there anything on customer connect. Does anyone have an example they can share?
