I am getting this error and not able to figureout where the issue is.Can anyone pls help.

For cancer plan type, we have 4 plans. Cancer plan Level2, Cancer plan Level3, Cancer Plan level4 and Cancer -no coverage.

For Cancer plan -no coverage, we have option -No Enrollment and we made that as default option.

Also, at Plan Type config we made min, max as 1,1.

Now we are getting the above error.If we remove the min max at Plan Type level.It is accepting as plans as enrolled.One a the dfault one and the other which we select.We don't both otions as enrolled.It should only allow one option either new selected or the Election not made dafault one.Please suggest.
