25C Redwood: Data entered in Manage Personal Contributions is NOT saved

in Compensation

The Data entered in certain fields of the Add section of Me > Compensation > Manage Personal Contributions are not saved. The system returns blank fields and user needs to enter the data again. However we are not able to submit the request as it enters the loop of Data entry.

If anyone has come across this issue anytime before please share any ideas to overcome this.
