Benefit relationship sync issue

Summary: Hi Experts, we are noticing issue for few employees where record is terminated in the HR but benefit releationship shows as active and when we refresh it becomes inactive. It is happening only with handful employees. Could you please let us know if there is some process which sync the relationship from HR to Benefits ?
