Edit Ability for Relative Ranges Common Lookup

Summary:

Has anyone else noticed that the ability to edit the ORA_HXT_RELATIVE_RANGES common lookup to enable the seeded rows has disappeared? I have these security roles: Application Implementation Consultant and Human Capital Management Application Administrator

I'm not sure if something that was delivered with the weekly maintenance pack and Sept legislative update might have contributed to us no longer being able to enable the out of the box rows… The +, X, and values under the Actions dropdown are greyed out…
