Order line Split issues
Summary:
I have a requirement where customer calls the customer service team to split the order line quantity on the order that was placed originally.
The process is not user friendly, looking for some input from this group.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
- let us assume that order line was originally created with 120 qty and ship set (1232-1) was auto created as part of extension to avoid line split during pick release. Order line is in 'Awaiting Shipping' status. 2.
- As per Oracle, Fulfillment line split cannot be done unless order line is manual step. Basically, i need to un-schedule the order line.
