Redwood : Create and Manage Sales Orders - Email Notification Not Working After "Send Mail" Action

We are using the Order Management Redwood page, and we noticed that the Email Notification feature is not functioning as expected.
Issue:
After submitting a sales order, we expect an email containing the order details to be sent to the recipients specified in the To and CC fields. However, even after clicking the "Send Email" option, no email is being received.

Steps Taken:
Tried the feature multiple times with different email addresses in To/CC.
Enabled the following Visual Builder Studio (VBS) feature flags:
enableSalesOrderAcknowledgementAIAssist
enableSalesOrderAcknowledgementSuggestionPage
Tested with both flags enabled, and also individually, but the email still wasn’t triggered.
