OM: Supply Order Error - Back-to-Back Make SO Flow

Hello All,

I have a small query in Oracle fusion Order Management:

We created a Back-to-Back make SO for 210 Qty: System created a WO for 6 quantity and the rest of 204 qty got into error: "A reservation wasn't created because the reservation quantity is more than the available-to-reserve quantity". At the time of Order Creation, I think there might be some quantity available to reserve but later that quantity is assigned to another SO. We don't have any On-Hand Qty to do manual reservation to this order. Please find the below screenshots for your reference.

We have one workaround, but not sure if this is a ideal behavior or are there any other alternatives.
