Restrict Employees from applying absence in future pay period

Our customer is looking to restrict employee from applying absence in bulk from current pay period to future pay period. Please find below example
What we want: 30.12.2024 someone enters parental leave for 1 period, 160 hours, 30.12.2024 – 26.01.2025. Next, they must request another absence starting 27.01.2025 – 23.02.2025, then the next payroll period, then the next payroll period. This means that there are 4 individual records in Absence records starting date of every payroll period. In this case, 30.12.2024, 27.01.2025, 24.02.2025 and 24.03.2025, all 160 hours.
