How to trigger calculation rules for Timecard in Entered Status

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We are implementing Time and Labor for a transportation client and have the following business need.

They are using Bi-weekly timecards to match their pay period. Majority of employees are hourly.

Employee's work hours are tracked using physical devices and WebClocks. They also want to read regular hours, Overtime and Doubletime on daily basis, sometimes twice a day to analyze the performance and hours burn for different locations in real time.

In Oracle, Time calculations rules won't trigger until Timecard is moved to Saved, Submitted or Approved status.

Has anyone addressed similar requirement? Is there any workaround or known solution for such need?
