CMK AR Invoice Outbound not picking up data

Currently I am trying to config a B2B trading partner and test the AR Invoice Outbound process using UBL Invoice Out v2.1 in our DEV environment.
However when running the Validate Outbound Collaboration Messaging Setup. The data is not picked up and it just defaults to the standard Payload file?
Checking the Collaboration History Message - the document is stated as "Unknown Document - Outbound". No Service Provider or Trading Partner was picked up for some reason. I'm not sure if the XSL file needs to be updated as there isn't any guide on how to update it (not that I can find anything)
