Real Time integration to OADB - APPT File not Working

Summary:

Has anyone had any issues with the APPT extract file using Real Time integration to OADB? I have created the extracts along with some others(ROUTE, ROUTING REPORTS) and all are updating as expected except the APPT file.

There isn't anything in the OFS documentation that mentions this.
