Redwood Goal Management – "Aligned" Label Appears After Using "Assign" Action

in Performance Management

Summary:

In Redwood Goal Management, when a user uses the Assign action to delegate a goal to another user, the goal overview page displays the label "Aligned". This behavior occurs for both Performance and Development goals.

We do not use the action to Align goals, and this label presents an inaccurate message to our users, potentially causing confusion around goal relationships and ownership.

  1. Does anyone know how to amend or suppress this label?
  2. Should I raise this as a Service Request (SR) with Oracle?
