Compensation IC Plan Field Retention Issue Post Redwood Migration
In the Add Pending Worker flow, within the Compensation section, when an IC Plan is selected and field values are entered, the system reverts those values back to their defaults even after saving. This issue persists when attempting to modify the values post-save — the updated inputs are not retained.

This behavior is observed after the Redwood migration and affects all transactions involving Compensation, not just the Add Pending Worker flow.
