How to update global DFF on AR Invoice using SOAP

As part of the Poland e-Invoicing initiative, we need to capture the KSeF number (GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE9) in Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR). However, we are experiencing issues with the SOAP API; while we can update the normal DFF attributes without any problems, the API does not seem to work for this Global attributes (Localizations).
