Redwood Feedback Center: Questionnaire Responses Not Required on "Give Feedback" Page

Summary:

We are using the Redwood Feedback Center and the action to Request/Give feedback. As part of the setup, we’ve created custom questionnaires with a set of questions directed to the feedback provider.

Each question has been configured with:

• Minimum character length: 10
• Maximum character length: 1000

However, we’ve discovered that on the "Give Feedback" page, these questionnaire responses are not enforced as mandatory. A user can simply click Submit without entering any response, and a blank feedback is saved.
