Getting an error with Invalid Attribute "LoggedinRole" in the payload

Summary:

We have implemented Redwood since 25A, however our HR Specialist is trying to evaluate as manager the performance document of the employee, after updating one of the goals and clicking save we are getting the following error Invalid Attribute "LoggedinRole" in the payload. This is a bit difficult to navigate because we do not have any customization from the performance-document in the first place and the only customization we have on the performance document is a guided journey.

Additionally we already opened an SR, and Oracle insists that this is due to a customization and is directing us to reach out the customer connect for guidance.
