Meaning of 25D update - " Absence Entry Against an End-Dated Enrollment Triggers Reprocessing"?

Summary:

As per the Oracle document, when an absence is created or updated for an end-dated enrollment plan the application triggers the automatic reprocessing of loss of eligibility and global transfer transactions from 25D.

I need to understand its meaning.

For example, in 25C there is an employee who is terminated as of 21-Oct-2025. With final disbursement we need to recover 42 hours of -ve balance(employee had taken more hours of absence than the permissible limit). Per my understanding of the above mentioned feature, if I add another absence of say 8 hours, fusion in 25C should not recover 50 hours. It will reprocess and recover the updated amount only from 25D. But that is not the case.
