Creating actions in 'Change orders' Standard Object in App Composer, the Script disappears.

When we create an Action under 'Change orders' Standard Object in Application Composer, the Script is disappears even after being Saved and hence when testing it throws an error. Is this expected behaviour ? why the script not staying even though it is saved? Please help with this issue.
