Role Needed for Access to Workforce Management - Person Real Time in OTBI

I created a report in OTBI using the Workforce Management - Person Real Time subject area. The report pulls person names and email addresses.

What role do I need to give to a user so they are able to run this report and see results in OTBI? The users have access to OTBI, but when they run the report they recieve the below error. Please advise!
