Need a Code Snippet for OM to get Attachment details of Previous Revision Sales Order in Header&Line

Business Requirement:
We have a requirement to restrict the creation of Credit Case Folders for Sales Orders based on the type of amendment done in a revision.
If a user adds any new attachment in a Sales Order revision, the Credit Case Folder creation flag must be set to “No.”

To implement this, we need to compare the attachments between the current Sales Order revision and the previous revision to determine if any new attachments were added.x

Request:
Kindly help with one or more of the following:

Confirm if there is any supported PVO, API, or Groovy approach to retrieve Sales Order attachments from the previous revision (based on ReferenceHeaderId).
