Remove Plan type info from enrollment summary page in ESS

Summary:

On enrollment Summary page, in ESS for benefits, the enrollments information shows " Plan Type - Plan Name" as name of the enrollment, We want customize this as " Plan Name" (i.e. remove plan type ) .
