25C - Recalculate Accrual for Retro-Updates to Timecards

We got a new feature in 25C stating"

You can now associate an HCM event to accrual plans to automatically trigger an accrual recalculation when a time card is updated in an earlier time card period. It is applicable for accrual plans where accrual is based on hours worked."

Has anyone successfully implemented it so far? Is it working as expected? If yes, please share what was the configuration changes done apart from adding Event details in Additional Details tab of Absence Plan.

I ran the Process Event Scheduled Process as well after updating retro timecard but still there was no change in Accrual Value.
