How to handle different hourly employees in comp worksheet

Summary:

Hi Team,

we have different hourly employees who has different hours like (34.5, 48, 42.5) with FTE =1. We have handled hourly employee calculation based on ([Current Base Salary] * [Normal Hours] * 52) calculation but we are facing issue while posting to core HR as right numbers are not being posted to Salary of the emp.

As per my knowledge oracle do standard internal calculation while posting hourly emps data i.e. amount/2080*fte value. which is causing the mismatch for different hourly emps.

Can anyone suggest how to handle this issue.
