Contact added during OPEN enrollment is not visible in the enrollment page
Summary:
Hi All,
We configured benefits for the US legislation but we are facing an issue with the enrollment page.
During OPEN enrollment, employees first add their contacts, and then proceed with the enrollment. However these contacts are not appearing on the enrollment page.
We enabled family member rule in Program level ,configuration tab for each plan type which is having designate dependent. attached screenshot below.
Please suggest the solution or let us know if any additional configuration is required to display the contacts during enrollment.
