Manager Rating not Reflecting in Overall Summary
I’m experiencing an issue with the Performance Documents when evaluating the Manager Rating—it’s not reflecting in the Overall Summary of the Manager Rating.
I’ve already checked the performance template, and the following options are selected: Use calculated ratings only, Display calculated ratings to worker, and Display calculated ratings to manager.
During our OWC call with Oracle, I showed them the employees affected by the issue where the Manager Rating doesn’t appear in the Overall Summary. I also demonstrated the workaround steps I previously shared to make the rating show up in the summary. However, Oracle requested that I replicate the issue.
