Using OrderImportService StageOrder to put data into Interface tables

The SOAP API OrderImportService's StageOrder function is posting data into Header, Line Interface tables but it is not inserting data into Header EFF

Interface tables even if we are passing the details attaching the payload. We have raised an SR but they have asked to check here. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
