Is there a way to delete the active Corporate Cards which already have transactions created?

Is there a way to delete the active Corporate Cards which already have transactions created?

We want to test loading the file, which we received from the bank, once again after some configuration changes but Oracle is not allowing us to delete the corporate cards for which transactions have already been created.
