How to Identify if an Employee Attached Documents During Self-Evaluation in Performance Document

Hi Team,

In the Performance Document, during the Employee Self-Evaluation stage, employees can attach supporting documents (for example, achievements, certifications, etc.).

Is there a way to fetch from the backend (via SQL or BI Publisher) whether the employee has attached any documents or not?
