Lead Edit Page coming blank (Redwood UI)

Summary:

Hi,

My Lead Edit Page is coming blank on both from Edit button after clicking 3x dots on list page and also when I click Details on the details page .

When I click on Edit/Details button it shows all the fields for a second and they disappear and the whole page is coming as blank.

Anyone's help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
