MFA Reset challanges
Hi,
I changed my phone and I dont have the oracle authenticator anymore therefore .... i cant connect to my oracle cloud account.
I understood I need to give teh support team the credit card details used at account creation to reset it.
However, while I identified the card no, I cant get the expiry date as the bank is not present in the country anymore so nobody to contact for :(. *
The support team said they cant help …. So the question is what are the alternatives ?
