Benefits Activity Center Life Event Status Filter Not Accurate

We're noticing a difference between the records that show in the Benefits Activity Center Life Event Status filter to those that show in the Evaluate and Reporting filters under the Summary.

In our Benefits Activity Center, viewing the Backed Out life events, it shows 6 records. In the Evaluate and Reporting page, under the status of Backed Out, using today's date 10/14/25 as the effective date and looking back 6 months, it's showing zero records.


In the Benefits Activity Center, when we click on one of the 6 records, and under Evaluated life events and Potential life events, we are seeing all events as processed and closed. Also under the Show Backed Out and Voided Events and Show Voided Potential Events, those sections are blank.
