Lead qualification template for redwood sales

In Standard Sales, we’ve been using an out-of-the-box (OOTB) Lead Qualification template in the Lead object, which includes a set of specific questions that help salespeople update the status of a lead. We need to implement something similar in Redwood Sales during our migration.

Could you please let us know if there’s an OOTB template available in Redwood Sales for this purpose, or if there’s an alternative way to implement this functionality?
