View - About This Record Last updated by showing numeric value

Summary:

In Eligibility Profiles page —>View—>About This Record is showing a numeric value instead of a person name.

This page is in Responsive UI - Earlier it used to show the name of the person who last updated but now it is big alphanumerical name showing up

Any idea if it is upgrade effect or Redwood effect.
