Open Tender / Tender timeout paramater

Summary:

I'm looking for a simple way to configure a timeout for spot bids manually, in order to perform some tests. I followed the instructions in the documentation, but I can't seem to apply a timeout. Could you tell me exactly how to configure this timeout ? I need the tender status to change to TIMEOUT and not NO RESPONSE

I've set this workflow parameter : PROCESS_SPOT_BID_TENDER_MANUALLY to TRUE, but I don't know if it's possible to enter another value, such as a time in minutes or seconds, for example.
