Right now, Eloqua Salesforce App users can only sync Campaigns and Campaign Responses with one Salesforce instance at a time.
I’d love to start a discussion around this — and see how much interest there is in expanding that capability.
From my conversations with customers, I’ve noticed a common pattern: many organizations need to sync data across multiple Salesforce instances — often those “inherited” through acquisitions, or required by global businesses that have different rules and needs across regions.
Today, to make that happen, customers usually have to add middleware to route App calls between CRM instances. That means extra cost, extra effort, and, of course, more potential points of failure.
