How ITEM attribute transmit via the FlexField String in the External Rating Engine fieldset in OTM

Summary:

Hi,

We want to send extra information about dangerous goods from OTM to e2open for rating. We tried to use the

Line Item String Flex Field (Attribute 1) for this. We set up the flex field for items and added it to the external rating engine field set.

Below is some configuration we have did in OTM please check,

We have created the flex field for the Item Attribute 1

Also, the External rating engine fieldset configured as,

But when we check the SOAP/XML logs, the Attribute 1 value does not appear in the message sent to Logistyx/e2open.
