ODA test Script Error: failed to look up country. Impersonation aborted

Summary:

When running the test scripts of the Digital assistant all the tests for all the skills are resulting in failures with the following error - "failed to look up country. Impersonation aborted" when checked the View Differences.

How do we overcome this error ?
