Unable to add standard category LOV in the service entitlement matrix class

Summary:

Hi Team,

I am trying to add the "Category" field as new conditional column in the standard coverage which is a standard field in service request object. In the matrix class, the Lookup value is not available for Category. Is it possible to get the LOV of category using this standard field or needs to create a custom Lookup type for category?

I have attached the screenshots where I want the Lookup type to be added.
