Employee cannot see participant feedbacks

Hello experts,

the peer provided feedbacks and the line manager shared the document with the employee. However, even if the peer provided feedbacks the employee cannot see them while the line manager can. In addition in the performance document template we mapped the possibility for employees to see peer feedbacs.

What could it depend on?
