Have anyone Encountered (BEN-990961) error?

Hello,

We have a requirement for 'Default to Assign Pending Action' type FF, where we are getting below error when we are electing coverage amount more than 40k.

 If anyone has come across a similar error, could you please suggest an approach or solution?
