Add to journey option is missing from learning cards in Grow

Summary:

There was an option in Oracle Grow where we can add the learning recommendations to our personal development journeys using the "Add to journey" button in the learning card.

I was checking now and the details in the learning card are missing from Grow feed.

Has this been removed? I checked it in VB and I don't see any customizable options there.

The options however are available when we access the same learning item from the recommended tab in learning catalog.

Is there a way to enable this in Grow feed?
