Cannot select Enabled in seeded Sales Orders Search View

Anyone has encountered this issue? Cannot deselect Default as it is greyed out and cannot select Enabled.
Copying yields same results. I can enable the Copy but cannot enable Default as the original is the Default.

Please help solve this. Thank you!
