Absence Redwood: Show Individual Dates does not populate the dates/details for user

Summary:

When end user (Time Manager submitting for team member) is submitting an absence for multiple dates their screen does not display the dates/details properly.  They only see a pencil to edit and must click to edit in order to see the details. This seems to be localized to this user, it's not a caching issue as I was able to replicate on my end logging into a non-prod environment as them. They also cleared cache and rebooted with no resolution :)

I compared roles to another Time Manager that does not have this issue and the role matches.
